Welcome to Pitshanger Poets

 

Pitshanger Poets took its name from Pitshanger Manor but now meets at Questors Theatre, Mattock Lane, Ealing.

Writing, reading and performing poetry is our thing.    We have old poets and young poets and some of us have been published and have won prizes in competitions.    

Mainly we are interested in writing and run a weekly workshop but are always open to other suggestons.  We also produce an annual magazine. We do not have a preference for any particular style of poetry.   

In association with Questors we have put on dramatic performances of Alice Oswald’s Dart  and A Sleepwalk on the Severn  as well as organising poetry readings at which members read their own work .
